Suggestion of a workshop service platform for pneumobil

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is a construction design of a mobile scissor lift based on lifting height, platform plate sizes and load capacity. The first part of this thesis studies a comparison of similar lifts. The second part of this thesis deals with a calculation of forces in the lift and a construction of partial components. The pneumatic cylinder is selected for the lifting and a pneumatic circuit is designed. Finally, the drawings of the assembly, drawings of the subassembly and drawing of the partial components are processed.

This bachelor thesis is focused on functional strength calculation of scissor lift mechanism, which serves for transporting loads of a weight 500 kg situated on a pallet. Required lift height is from the first position 0,75 m to the second 2,5 m above the ground. There are mentioned engineering design, calculation of roller conveyor drive, dimension of lifting mechanism and concept of linear hydraulic motor in particular parts of the thesis. Other part of this thesis is drawing documentation.

The main parameters for the design are a load capacity of 3000 kg and a lift height of 1700 mm. The work also contains a brief analysis of commercially available car lifts, design of the drive and safety device. Drawing documentation of selected parts is also included.
